Why we started

Indian teams live on WhatsApp — but running a business from a personal number breaks the moment you add a second agent. Leads slip through cracks, conversations get lost, and there's no way to prove ROI. We built ChatShree so growing teams get one shared inbox, a proper CRM, and no-code automations without duct-taping five tools together.

Most WhatsApp Business API platforms in India are resold through layers of BSPs and agencies, each adding a markup and a support handoff. We wanted the opposite: one team, in one city, that builds the product and answers the support ticket.
